Returns

Returns are accepted on ALL products. All returns must be postmarked within one (1) day of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.

To make a return, please email us at returns@joiedigiovanni.com. Please provide us with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, along with a return reason. We will then provide you with instructions for returning your item(s).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item has arrived damaged).

If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable) but not the cost of shipping
